Alternating Valves

Alternating valves from the FI-WV series act as a self-acting switch, whereby the connection not under pressure is closed off with metal-to-metal sealing by a movable steel ball inside the valve body. They are available in the Light and Heavy Series series as per ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353. Suitable for rated pressures up to 160 bar. Tube connectors and cutting ring fittings from the STAUFF Connect series made of steel with 24° internal taper. For hydraulics.

Quality features and standards

Our alternating valves are part of our range of tube fittings and cutting ring fittings from the STAUFF Connect series, are manufactured in accordance with ISO 8434-1 and DIN 2353 and fulfil the highest technical standards. They are designed for nominal pressures of up to 250 bar in the light series and even for nominal pressures of up to 630 bar in the heavy series. They have connections with a 24° internal cone. The robust steel construction with STAUFF zinc/nickel surface guarantees durability and corrosion resistance even under demanding operating conditions.

Variants and areas of application

The alternating valves are available in light and heavy-duty versions in order to be able to react flexibly to different hydraulic requirements. They are used in machine control systems, hydraulic circuits and all systems that require automatic switching between pressure lines.
